- Please open the pump housing and check the security stopper which is located above the electromagnet set.
- If the security stopper the triangle symbols do not point to each other, it is not correct position. That is because the shipment or people who move the air pump in wrong way.
- Please use the screwdriver or coin to turn the triangle symbol to each other.
- Put the air pump cover back then plug in the power cable and turn on again.

- Please open the air pump housing and check the part- Actuating Arm.
- If you see the Actuating Arm position already shift and it is not in the middle of Electromagnet sets, then please use screwdriver to move the Actuating Arm back to the normal position.
